Professional Assistants are skilled professionals and experts in their respective fields. They can perform analysis in Excel, create presentations in PowerPoint, do detailed subject matter research, etc. You have an option to avail a dedicated assistant who will work according to the time slot chosen by you. This helps your assistant to know your project requirements, deadlines, and also how you want your work to be done. Your Dedicated Assistant would also help you with personal tasks. You are billed for the actual time used. A unit used to deduct time from your purchased hours is fifteen minutes.

Lifestyle Assistance is where we provide support for your day to day personal activities. There is a team to help you with all sorts of lifestyle related tasks like appointment setting, dealing with 3rd party customer service, basic research tasks, etc. It is a pooled service where the next available assistant works on your task.

 
     
   
 
 
  How do I interact with My Lifestyle Assistant?
 

Treat the My-Tasker personal assistants as you would treat your assistant at the office. Send an email to task [at] mytasker.com from your email ID registered with us or call us. Give a clear and detailed description of your task and also provide any guidance you have (data sources, people to call, etc.) on how to go about executing it. We will always strive hard and do our best to complete your task in the most desired fashion.

 
     
   
 
 
  How safe is my data?
 

You can be rest assured that we will not share your confidential information with anyone under any circumstances and will do everything in our ability to protect the information.   Can I share my membership with other people?
 

My tasker allows you to register two email addresses under your account. Tasks can be sent from either of those email addresses and we will reply to both the registered email addresses with the resolution. So whosoever has access to those email addresses can use the service.

 
     
   
 
 
  Can people sign up who are outside of the US, Canada, UK or Australia?
 

Yes. My-Tasker does currently serve members from around the world but your tasks must be English-based.

 
     
   
 
 
  What is My-Tasker’s refund policy?
 

Once membership fees have been processed, we are unable to grant refunds. If you plan on discontinuing membership, please make sure you do so before the start of your next billing cycle.

 
     
   
 
 
  Can My-Tasker perform work in languages other than English?

  Are there any numbers in the US, Canada or UK that My-Tasker can’t call?
 

My-Tasker is unable to call premium or pay-per-minute numbers (e.g., 1-900 in the US and 0844, 0870, 0871, 09 in the UK).

 
     
   
 
 
  How much time will it take for a normal task to be answered?
 

We will reply to your task within 4-8 hours. However for urgent tasks, we reply within an hour. You need to select priority as “ASAP” in your task and we charge two points for “ASAP” tasks. If we can get you an answer sooner we surely will.

 
     
   
 
 
  Do I always get the same person to work with for my business assistance so that they can get to know me and provide individual service?
 

Yes, you are assigned a primary business assistant who will be the only person that you communicate with and hand all your tasks. My-Tasker virtual business assistants work in teams and each team has all the skill sets needed for various business requirements. Once your primary business assistant has received a task from you, he or she will either carry it out themselves or delegate it to another member of the team.
